Local accessibility action plans

To successfully prepare your Action Plan you need to transform potential actions for addressing identified priorities into focused, tightly-defined tasks with realistic time scales, defined resources and targets, and known lead delivery partners. The action plan should set out the actions over the five-year LTP period and identify where their lifespan extends beyond that period. Ideally, each of the proposed interventions should:
