5—Reviewing performance
There are essentially two main reasons for reviewing performance data.
- To ensure that the delivery programme to implement solutions is managed
efficiently and coordinated between the partners, and
- To provide a mechanism to assess whether the solutions were effective
in addressing the accessibility problems and whether there are further
improvements to be made or lessons to be disseminated to the broader
accessibility planning community
The monitoring group could also consider:
- If there are improvements that can be made to the organisation and
process of partnership working
- Whether to seek recognition for the achievements of the partnership
- Ending the partnership when its’ job is done3
- Moving on to the next area of priority
