Phases
3 and 4—Designing and delivering solutions
During this phase the partnerships will have a more practical focus and may have to meet more regularly. At the end of this phase the partnership should aim to produce:
- A deliverable solution—or several solutions—to solve the local problems
identified in phase 2
- A set of time-bound, achievable targets that will demonstrate that
these problems are being addressed
- A strategy for implementing these solutions and achieving the targets
- A series of task groups with clearly defined objectives that will
deliver the solutions
- A project manager/champion in charge of overseeing progress on each
solution
