Phase
2—Identifying local problems and priorities
As part of this phase you may have completed the following:
- A list of local accessibility problem statements. These may address
the strategic issues identified earlier or they might provide local
leaders with new information about problems ‘on the ground’. See Chapter
2 and the linked resources for further information about how to
draw up problem statements
- One or more priorities for action from the list
- A series of potential indicators that can be used to monitor the extent
and scale of the priority problems and to assess the effectiveness
of measures taken to address these problems
